If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

  • "Service" refers to the medical tourism services provided by India Medical Trip, including but not limited to hospital bookings, medical treatment arrangements, and travel planning.

  • "Service Fee" refers to any charge associated with the medical tourism services, which may include consultation, hospital arrangements, and related travel services.

  • "Service Providers" refers to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other third parties with whom India Medical Trip partners to offer services.

  1. Services Provided

India Medical Trip offers a variety of medical tourism services to individuals seeking medical treatment in India. These include:

  • Hospital and Clinic Booking: Arrangements for medical treatments and consultations at accredited hospitals.

  • Travel Arrangements: Assistance with visa, flights, accommodation, and local transportation for medical tourists.

  • Treatment Coordination: Facilitating communication between patients and medical providers.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

    • Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate personal and medical information while using the services.

    • Compliance with Medical Advice: The user agrees to follow medical advice and treatment recommendations provided by healthcare professionals.

    • Health Insurance: It is recommended that users have appropriate health insurance coverage for their treatment abroad. India Medical Trip does not provide medical insurance.

  2. Booking Process

    • Initial Consultation: Users must first fill out a consultation form, and based on the information provided, we will suggest appropriate medical treatments and facilities.

    • Confirmation: Once a treatment plan is agreed upon, a confirmation of booking will be provided along with an invoice.

    • Payment: All payments for services must be made before confirmation of bookings and arrangements.

  3. Payment & Cancellation Policy

    • Payment Method: Payments for services can be made via secure payment gateways, including but not limited to credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

    • Service Fees: All service fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

    • Cancellation: Cancellations can be made 7 days prior to the planned service date. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined for each specific service provider and may vary depending on cancellation timing.

  4. Exclusions

India Medical Trip does not cover:

  • Unforeseen Medical Conditions: Any unforeseen medical issues that arise during treatment that are not a result of prior consultation.

  • Changes in Travel Plans: Travel disruptions or delays outside our control, such as flight cancellations or visa issues.

  • Costs of Treatments Not Covered: Any treatments or medications that were not pre-approved as part of the agreed service.

  1. Liability Disclaimer

India Medical Trip acts only as a facilitator between the user and the service providers (e.g., hospitals, doctors). We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the medical treatments, travel, or accommodation arrangements.

India Medical Trip is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal data (such as name, contact details, and medical history) solely for the purpose of providing our services. This information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad/Uttar Pradesh India
