India Medical Trip provides medical tourism services, including travel and treatment arrangements. In cases where shipments are required for medical documents, medical equipment, or other related items, this Policy governs the timelines, responsibilities, and shipping procedures.

  1. Shipping Timeline

  • Once the necessary documents or items are ready for shipping, we aim to dispatch and deliver them to the customer within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Delays may occur in certain cases, such as:

    • Custom or regulatory delays

    • Special handling requirements for medical documents or equipment

    • Force majeure events (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions)

  • If there is any delay, customers will be promptly informed with a revised delivery timeline.

  1. Delivery Method

  • All shipments will be processed and sent via trusted courier/logistics partners.

  • A tracking number will be provided to the customer once the shipment is dispatched.

  • Deliveries will be made only to the registered address provided at the time of booking.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure they provide accurate shipping addresses at the time of booking to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.

  • India Medical Trip is not responsible for any delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • Customers must ensure that all necessary documents or items are securely packaged before shipping. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused due to inadequate packaging.

  • Customers should remove any additional items (such as non-essential documents or accessories) before shipping.

  1. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping costs for documents and other items are generally included in our service charges. However, additional shipping fees may apply for expedited services or special deliveries.

  • Any re-shipping charges resulting from failed delivery attempts, such as customer unavailability, will be borne by the customer.

  1. Liability & Risk

  • India Medical Trip takes utmost care in handling all shipments. However, once items are handed over to the courier, the responsibility for transit lies with the courier service provider.

  • Any claims for loss, damage, or delays during transit should be raised directly with the courier. India Medical Trip will provide reasonable assistance in such cases but will not be liable for any damages caused during shipping.

  • India Medical Trip is not liable for delays caused by the courier service, natural disasters, customs delays, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control.
