At India Medical Trip(Powered by P&P Global Health)., we are committed to providing exceptional medical tourism services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your booking and the conditions for refunds.

  1. Cancellation of Booking

    • Customers can cancel their medical trip or treatment booking by sending a request via email to support@indiamedicaltrip.com.

    • Cancellation requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of treatment or travel to avoid charges for the booked services.

    • If cancellation is requested after the 14-day window, a cancellation fee may apply, which will be deducted from any refund.

    • For bookings made within 14 days of travel or treatment, cancellations will be subject to a non-refundable charge based on the service agreement.

  2. Refund Policy

    Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Partial months of service or unused services.

    • Services that have already been booked, initiated, or completed.

    • Travel or treatment cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled date.

    • Visa-related or flight booking charges once confirmed.

    • Non-medical services (e.g., accommodation, transport) that have been utilized.

    Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

    • Duplicate payment due to technical error.

    • Payment made but services not activated within 72 hours of payment confirmation.

    • Failure of service delivery due to technical issues or errors attributable to India Medical Trip.

  3. Refund Process

    • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method (via secure payment gateway) within 7–14 working days of approval.

    • Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

    • Any processing fee charged by the payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) may be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. Exceptions

    • Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or claims resulting from fraudulent, false, or unverifiable activities.

    • Cancellations due to a violation of Terms & Conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Any treatments or services canceled after payment has been processed and confirmed may result in a partial or full loss of the paid amount based on service terms.
